Product warranty :
The product is covered under a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal operating conditions from the date of installation, limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at Ionix’s discretion; however, this warranty does not cover any physical damage caused by mishandling, vandalism, monkey menace, or external impact, nor does it apply to issues arising from electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, improper power supply, excess water pressure, or site conditions beyond recommended operating limits, and any faults or damages resulting from installation carried out by personnel other than an Ionix authorized technician are also excluded from warranty coverage.

Ionix Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment- Customers may request to cancel an order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our helpline:
1. Email: support@ionix-filters.com
2. Phone: 9999-012-123 - If an order is canceled after placement but before shipment, a full refund (minus payment gateway charges) will be issued. The amount will reflect in your account within 3-4 business days.
If the product has already been shipped and the buyer refuses to accept delivery, a refund may be processed only under these conditions:
- The buyer must return the product without opening the original packaging.
- The following charges will be deducted from the refund:
1. Platform fees (payment gateway charges paid by the company).
2. Packing charges.
3. To and For courier charges (for shipping the product to and from the buyer's location).
Once the returned package is received and inspected to confirm the original packaging is unopened, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, deducting the applicable costs.
3. No Return or Refund After Package Acceptance- Once the buyer accepts the delivery and opens the package, returns or refunds are not allowed.
- Even if the product remains unused, refunds are not possible once the packaging is opened.
