Ionix India Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch and Shipping
   • Quick Dispatch: We ship all in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
   • Free Shipping: All orders within India come with free shipping.
2. Shipping Claims and Responsibilities
   • Freight Claims: If there is any damage or loss during shipping, the buyer is responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping company.
   • Ionix Assistance: We will help with any shipping claims as much as possible, but Ionix is not responsible for any breakage or shortages after the items are handed over to the shipping company.
   • Inspect Deliveries: Please check all shipments for damage or missing items upon delivery. Report any issues immediately at the time of delivery.
3. Taxes
   • Taxes Included: Our prices include taxes.
   • Tax Rates: Orders shipped within India may be subject to local tax rates unless you have provided us with a completed reseller’s card or tax-exempt certificate.
4. Delivery Timelines
   •       As a standard delivery to all customer locations across India would be done within 3-5 days of shipment
