Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation:
- Customers may request to cancel an order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.

- Incase of cancellatoin after placing orders , full refund deducting the gateway charges will be issued, which will show in credit in 3-4 days of refund.
2. Refusing Delivery After Shipment:
- If the product has been shipped but the buyer refuses to accept the delivery, a refund is possible only under these conditions:
- The buyer must return the product without opening the original packaging.
- In this case, the buyer will be responsible for the following charges:

Platform fees (paid by the company to the payment gateway).

Packing charges.

To and Fro courier charges (for shipping the product to and from the buyer's location).
- Once the refund is Approved from our team. The Amount will get credited to the original payment method within 3-4 working days.
3. No Return or Refund After Package Acceptance:

Once the buyer accepts the delivery and opens the package, no returns or refunds are allowed.

Refunds are not possible after the product packaging is opened, even if the product is unused.
4. Warranty Policy:
