IONIX Softie is a compact, fully automatic bathroom water softener designed for homes dealing with hard water. It uses 6 litres of high-efficiency food-grade resin to reduce hardness and deliver softer water for everyday bathing and bathroom use.

The system features fully automatic regeneration, so there is no need for frequent manual regeneration. At approximately 250 ppm hardness, Softie can provide up to 1500 litres of softened water per recharge cycle. For typical single-bathroom usage, the salt tank generally needs to be refilled only once a month, making maintenance simple and convenient.

Softened water helps reduce scale formation on showers, taps, tiles, geysers and bathroom fittings, while also improving the overall bathing experience. With its compact design, efficient resin usage and automatic operation, IONIX Softie is a practical solution for everyday bathroom hard-water problems.

Ionix Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
  • Customers may request to cancel an order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.

  • If an order is canceled after placement but before shipment, a full refund (minus payment gateway charges) will be issued. The amount will reflect in your account within 3-4 business days.
2. Refusing Delivery After Shipment

If the product has already been shipped and the buyer refuses to accept delivery, a refund may be processed only under these conditions:

  • The buyer must return the product without opening the original packaging.
  • The following charges will be deducted from the refund:
    1. Platform fees (payment gateway charges paid by the company).
    2. Packing charges.
    3. To and For courier charges (for shipping the product to and from the buyer's location).

Once the returned package is received and inspected to confirm the original packaging is unopened, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, deducting the applicable costs.

3. No Return or Refund After Package Acceptance
  • Once the buyer accepts the delivery and opens the package, returns or refunds are not allowed.
  • Even if the product remains unused, refunds are not possible once the packaging is opened.
