Warranty
The Ionix Excess Iron Remover is covered under a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal operating conditions from the date of installation.
Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts at Ionix’s discretion. The warranty does not cover physical damage, external impact, improper installation by unauthorized personnel, electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, excessive water pressure, or site conditions beyond recommended operating limits.
Ionix Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment- Customers may request to cancel an order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our helpline:

2. Phone: 9999-012-123 - If an order is canceled after placement but before shipment, a full refund (minus payment gateway charges) will be issued. The amount will reflect in your account within 3-4 business days.
If the product has already been shipped and the buyer refuses to accept delivery, a refund may be processed only under these conditions:
- The buyer must return the product without opening the original packaging.
- The following charges will be deducted from the refund:
1. Platform fees (payment gateway charges paid by the company).
2. Packing charges.
3. To and For courier charges (for shipping the product to and from the buyer's location).
Once the returned package is received and inspected to confirm the original packaging is unopened, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, deducting the applicable costs.
3. No Return or Refund After Package Acceptance- Once the buyer accepts the delivery and opens the package, returns or refunds are not allowed.
- Even if the product remains unused, refunds are not possible once the packaging is opened.
